Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Opened or partially used diaper packs cannot be returned.

  • Opened diaper packs or products with broken seals.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless defective).

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures for verification.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Options

  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method (bank transfer, credit/debit card, or wallet).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days after product inspection.
