Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Opened or partially used diaper packs cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures for verification.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Options
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method (bank transfer, credit/debit card, or wallet).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit.
- Refunds may take 5–7 working days after product inspection.
